We are seeking dedicated **Behavioral Health Technicians** to support individuals in a residential substance use treatment facility. This role involves providing direct care, monitoring and assisting with daily living skills while ensuring a safe and structured environment. Community Health Alliance is an employer that offers career opportunities with purpose.**At Community Health Alliance our employees are our greatest asset so we offer a full benefit program designed to support you and your family.****We are proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees:*** Affordable medical, dental and vision insurance* Company paid Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA)* Generous paid time off (PTO) & paid holidays* Retirement plan with company match – up to 6% (full and part-time)* Career ladder – opportunities for professional growth* Apprenticeship Program to obtain Associate's degree and LCDCII* Company paid life insurance Duties and Responsibilities:* Provide care and support to individuals while maintaining a structured, therapeutic and safe environment for clients* Monitor and assist with self-administration of medication, ensuring compliance to policies and procedures* Support and reinforce treatment goals, engaging clients in healthy routines and recovery-focused activities* Observe and document client behavior, reporting concerns to clinical staff as needed* Assist with coordination of care as needed* Monitor program schedules and ensure clients are engaged in required programming* Facilitate daily living skills groups and structured recovery oriented activities* Assist clients in working through crisis situations* Perform administrative office tasks## Qualifications* High School Diploma or equivalent required* Valid Driver's License and Insurable driving record* Reliable transportation* Experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment or related field is preferred, but not required (on-the-job training provided)* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment* Ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries and adhere to confidentiality regulations* Capable of strict adherence to policies and procedures* Ability to treat clients with dignity and respect* Competently communicates effectively verbally and in writing* Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications, including Office Suite, Outlook and Teams* Adept at learning and navigating electronic health record systems* Ability to pass background checks and drug screen as required by federal and state regulations**Community Health Alliance** is a leader providing the highest industry standards for health and human services.
