Veterinary Medical Director – Bartels Busack Pet Hospital Resort & Spa

Bartels Busack Pet Hospital is a privately owned, AAHA-accredited small animal practice with over 50 years in the community. We’re looking for a Medical Director to guide our team, support continued growth, and help shape the future of our hospital.

Your Role:
- Lead and mentor a team of veterinarians and support staff
- Maintain high standards of medical care and client experience
- Help guide hospital growth with new ideas and services
- Collaborate with leadership on operations and team development
Compensation:
- $170,000–$200,000, based on experience
Schedule & Workflow:
- Predictable daytime schedule
- No overnight care
- Structured appointments with limited same-day add-ons
- Dedicated time for surgery and medical workups
