Revenue Performance Manager

The Role You'll own the performance of our reservations and remote sales team, coaching people, driving conversion and building the systems that make winning consistent. You'll live in the CRM daily, track what matters, partner closely with the staff and executive team while making sure every lead becomes an opportunity and every opportunity is maximized. Responsibilities Lead, coach and develop the reservations and remote sales team to maximize conversion rates using performance data and regular one on one sessions. Monitor CRM activity to ensure leads are contacted promptly, followed through consistently and no opportunity is left behind. Track and report on daily KPIs, response times, outbound activity, close rates and revenue performance. Develop and improve operational systems and standard operating procedures to increase efficiency and consistency. Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally, maintaining the luxury hospitality standard We Care is known for. Collaborate with executive team on strategic initiatives, operational improvements and revenue growth. What Success Looks Like You’ll be measured on sales conversion rates, lead response times, CRM compliance, guest satisfaction, team accountability, and overall revenue performance. You will lead by example, set the standard and hold yourself to it first. What we're looking for Naturally leads by example and earns respect through presence and results. Loves coaching, developing people, and holding others accountable respectfully and consistently. Highly organized, detail oriented, and comfortable with KPI's, dashboards, and performance metrics. Deep understanding of the CRM systems and sales management best practices. Enjoys improving processes rather than simply maintaining them. Visible, approachable, and actively engaged with employees and guests throughout the day. Takes ownership of results and solves problems proactively. Preferred Experience Luxury Hotel or Resort Operations Revenue and sales management CRM management KPI reporting and performance management Team coaching and development Guest experience management Compensation and Benefits Base salary $70,000 - $100,000 (based on experience) Performance Bonus: Tied to individual and/or team results.
