- Previous Mission experience preferred. - Acute care experience/critical care/procedural. - Strong communication, coaching, and teaching skills. - Comfort rounding on units and engaging staff in real-time education. - Ability to work independently while following established education plans and content. - Ability to support flexible scheduling, including days, nights, and weekends. Previous experience in the tasks below is helpful: - Nursing education - Clinical teaching - Competency validation - Nurse residency or transition-to-practice training - Preceptor development - Skills validation - Staff onboarding or orientation - Familiarity with high-risk education, regulatory readiness, quality/safety initiatives, or survey response work (training/orientation provided) - Comfort using education tracking tools, dashboards, LMS platforms, or competency checklists (training/orientation provided)
