Tennis Instructor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate, certified Personal Trainer to join our dynamic team. This role involves working closely with members to help them achieve their fitness and health goals through customized training programs and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

As our new Tennis Instructor you will:

• Provide excellent customer service and help to maintain a positive user experience
• Work 1:1 and in small groups with clients to help them work towards their tennis goals
• Create tennis training plans for clients to be executed both with and without your supervision
• Provide tennis instruction to participants
• Any and all administrative duties related to planning programming for sessions, reporting hours, and scheduling training sessions with clients
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• USPTA Professional Certification
• Member of the USPTA
• Minimum of 5--years of tennis instruction experience working with clients
• Demonstrated ability to perform necessary training movements and exercises
• Excellent communication skills
• Creative thinker
• Proven ability to teach and motivate others
• Ability to work with many different types of people in a corporate setting

California Residents: Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $21 to $100/hour in addition to admin rates as required by local law. . Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications, duration of class, and work experience as well as other business needs.
