REGISTERED NURSE

As a Registered Nurse at Encompass Health, you will deliver specialized, patient-centered nursing care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate patients and families on recovery goals.
