Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation

Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with rehabilitation experience for night shifts in an acute rehab setting. The role involves providing specialized patient care, with flexibility to float to MedSurg if necessary, depending on census needs.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to acute rehab patients, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate documentation in charting systems such as Paragon.
• Adhere to clinical protocols, safety standards, and compliance regulations.

Qualifications:

• Possess at least 1 year of ICU, MedSurg, or Rehab nursing experience.
• Hold an active TN or compact RN license.
• Demonstrate proficiency in patient assessment and care planning.
• Maintain current BLS certification.
• Ability to work night shifts (3x12 hours) and rotate schedules as required.
