What You’ll Do:

• Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal operation.
• Perform routine inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards.
• Document production data accurately and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Required Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow technical diagrams and instructions.
• Basic math skills and the ability to read measuring tools such as rulers.
• Reliable attendance and a dedication to consistent performance.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Knowledge of machine maintenance procedures.
• Prior experience working in a precision machining or manufacturing setting.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing preferred, but training can be provided to motivated candidates.
