Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Job Requirements:

-2 years of proven work experience in a similar role (Medical or Laboratory preferred but not required)
-Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
-Proficient computer skills (MS Word, Excel and Outlook)
-Excellent written and verbal communication
-Strong commitment to first class customer service
-Must be very detail oriented
-Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
-High school education or equivalent

-Team Player

Job Responsibilities:

-Effectively manage a high call volume
-Answer, screen and forward all incoming calls/emails
-Comply with all HIPPA regulations and policies
-Perform clerical duties such as photo copying and faxing
-Build and maintain customer relationships through open and interactive communication with both professional staff and patients
-Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
-Handle complaints, provide solutions and follow up to
ensure resolution
-Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right methods and tools
