The Fedcap Group seeks a Clinical Assessment Specialist (QHP) to evaluate participants for work readiness under the WeCARE program in New York. You will document findings and support eligibility determinations for disability benefits. Join a multidisciplinary team, manage documentation in FedcapCARES and SEAMS, and coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize client outcomes.
