Our client, a machine manufacturer is looking for a Welder/Fabricator in their machine shop.
5 years’ experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Ability to read and understand Auto CAD drawings
- Sanitary Purge Welding of parts to specifications supplied by design engineers.
- TIG and MIG welding
- Polishing of parts for use on food and dairy equipment
- Grinding of heavy welds
- Straightening of parts after weldment is completed
- Ability to take direction and work with other machinists in a professional manor.
- Identify, formulate, and produce effective solutions to emerging problems.
- Evaluate final product’s overall performance and reliability to the design criteria.
- Alter and modify design to meet requirements and to eliminate malfunctions.
- Ability to be self-motivated and work with the team
