SpringBoot Developer

SpringBoot Developer We are seeking a Spring/Boot developer responsible for developing and delivering complex requirements to accomplish business goals. This role involves ensuring software is developed to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements through coding, unit testing, and successful integration into the overall application/system with clear, robust, and well-tested interfaces. Key Responsibilities Contribute to story refinement and defining requirements. Participate in and guide the team in estimating work necessary to realize a story or requirement through the delivery lifecycle. Perform proof of concepts as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas. Code solutions and unit tests to deliver requirements per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance standards. Utilize multiple architectural components (across data, application, business) in the design and development of client requirements. Assist the team with resolving technical complexities involved in realizing story work. Contribute to existing test suites (integration, regression, performance), analyze test reports, identify test issues, and triage the underlying cause. Document and communicate required information for deployment, maintenance, support, and business functionality. Participate in and coach team members in delivery/release (CI/CD) events, such as branching, pull requests, and issue triage. Required Qualifications Experience: 8+ years of experience in Middleware Service development. Technical Skills Experience developing service integration solutions using Spring Boot. A good understanding of Design Patterns and design thinking to apply while developing technical solutions. Familiarity with SOAP and REST Web Services and related technologies (JAX-WS, JAX-RS, XML Technologies). Web Services design and development experience as a service provider. Primary Skill: Spring boot Secondary Skill: Soap/Rest Webservices Tertiary Skill: Core Java Professional Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to quickly form meaningful working partnerships. Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple priorities, be proactive, and deliver quality results under deadlines. A self-starter with good aptitude, problem-solving skills, and an openness to learning new technologies. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Agile development and toolsets like Jira and Jenkins.
