ResponsibilitiesActively participate in a comprehensive training program designed to build a strong foundation in insurance sales.
Shadow experienced sales professionals to observe best practices and client interaction.
Assist in developing personalized insurance solutions for potential and existing clients.
Learn and master the sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.
Contribute to team goals and collaborate with colleagues to foster a supportive sales environment.
Seek feedback and actively apply learning to improve performance.
RequirementsPrevious sales experience is a plus, but not required.
A genuine interest in learning about insurance products and sales techniques.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A proactive and motivated attitude toward learning and development.
Ability to work collaboratively in an office setting.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
