ExpertCare is looking for compassionate and dependable Caregivers to provide one-on-one support to individuals with special needs in their homes and local communities across Southeast Michigan .

As an ExpertCare team member, you’ll help recipients build independence, develop daily living skills, and achieve personal goals — both at home and in the community. Our company culture is centered on support, growth, and making meaningful connections.

What You’ll Do:

Support individuals with daily living and life skills
Promote independence and confidence through personalized care
Encourage participation in community and recreational activities
Provide companionship, encouragement, and positive redirection
Ensure health, safety, and well-being of recipients
