As a Housekeeping Team Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and comfort in hotels. This position involves preparing rooms, sanitizing spaces, and providing excellent customer service while working primarily daytime shifts within medium-sized teams.
Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms to ensure high standards of hygiene
- Prepare rooms for new guests, including making beds and restocking supplies
- Sanitize surfaces and maintain overall cleanliness following health guidelines
- Deliver friendly and efficient customer service to hotel guests
- Report maintenance issues promptly for timely resolution
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in housekeeping within hotel environments
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within medium-sized teams
