Remote Customer Service & Client Support Agent - Work From Home

The Gainey Agency is currently hiring for a remote Client Support Agent position. We are seeking individuals who are motivated, coachable, and interested in a flexible work-from-home opportunity within the financial services industry.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role with training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities based on performance.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with individuals who have requested information about financial protection products
• Provide general education on life insurance options
• Assist clients in identifying coverage that fits their needs
• Maintain professional communication and follow-up with clients

(Leads may be provided. No requirement to cold call.)

Training & Support

• Structured onboarding and training program
• Ongoing mentorship and team support

Compensation

• Commission-based pay as an independent contractor (1099)

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to obtain a state life insurance license (training provided; licensing costs may apply)
• Reliable internet connection and access to a phone/computer
