Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Post Anesthesia Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 18:30 Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience License: Current RN State License Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: drug screen, annual TB screening, COVID-19 vaccine, flu vaccine, Hepatitis B vaccination, MMR vaccination, Tdap vaccination, varicella vaccination Description: The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality patient care in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit. The RN will assess patient health, administer medications, and monitor vital signs. The role includes collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient recovery. Candidates must have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple priorities. Effective communication skills are essential for this position. The RN will maintain accurate patient records and provide education to patients and their families. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to maintaining patient safety and confidentiality. Additional responsibilities may include participating in staff training and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
