Manufacturing Execution Systems Co-op

Johnson & Johnson seeks a co-op student to support the Manufacturing Execution Systems team at their Raritan pharmaceutical manufacturing site. The role offers hands-on experience with digital manufacturing technologies, electronic batch records, data analytics, and system validation in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day MES operations, system monitoring, troubleshooting, and documentation
• Assist with Electronic Batch Record configuration, testing, updates, and workflow reviews
• Analyze manufacturing data and develop reports or dashboards using Excel or Power BI
• Support Computer System Validation activities, testing documentation, and GMP compliance
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, and IT teams on cross-functional projects

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field
• Available for full-time co-op work at Raritan site for applicable term
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Minimum 3.0 GPA; authorized to work in US without sponsorship requirement
