Senior Customer Success Manager

Managing a portfolio of enterprise customers, the full-time Senior Customer Success Manager will drive adoption and value realization of the Findem platform while ensuring customer retention and identifying expansion opportunities in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary Customer Success Manager for a defined portfolio, building and owning success plans aligned with customer business objectives Drive measurable adoption of Findem's platform and services, conducting enablement sessions and delivering regular reporting on product usage Monitor customer health and usage signals to identify risks early, executing recovery plans and maintaining accurate account data Required qualifications 8+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or consulting in a B2B SaaS environment, with at least 4 years managing enterprise-tier accounts Demonstrated ownership of a recurring-revenue book with accountability for customer health and retention Direct experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR technology is strongly preferred Experience supporting customers through platform implementation and change management Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
