An established heavy-manufacturing plant is growing its maintenance team and hiring across three levels at once — from entry-level to senior electrical. Whether you're breaking into industrial maintenance or you're a seasoned tech ready for top-of-market pay, there's a seat here to grow into.

Openings:

⚡ Senior Electrical Maintenance Technician — 1st Shift (Days), M–F
$35.60–$50.00/hr, based on experience
Keep production equipment running by diagnosing and repairing electrical faults on motors, drives, and control systems. Troubleshoot with meters and diagnostic tools, install and wire new equipment, read schematics, run preventive inspections, and support mechanical repairs and light welding.
Preferred: 10+ years industrial maintenance, 10+ years electrical troubleshooting (motors/drives/controls/3-phase), schematic reading, multimeter/oscilloscope diagnostics, welding, forklift.

Mechanical Maintenance Technician — 2nd Shift (Evenings), M–F
$26.80–$33.80/hr, based on experience
Keep heavy machinery running through preventive maintenance and precision repairs on presses, hydraulics, and power-transmission systems. Diagnose bearings, gearboxes, couplings, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems; support basic electrical/controls work; manage CMMS work orders.
Preferred: 3–5 years progressive industrial mechanical maintenance; hydraulics and power transmission experience strongly preferred; punch press/stamping experience strongly preferred; welding a plus.

Entry-Level Maintenance Technician — 2nd Shift (Evenings), M–F
$23.80–$30.80/hr, based on experience
A build-your-trade seat: perform preventive maintenance, basic mechanical/electrical repairs, and inspections alongside senior techs. Learn the plant's equipment, CMMS, and electrical fundamentals on the job. Converts to union after a 60-day probationary period.
Preferred: 1–3 years hands-on maintenance experience (manufacturing, shop, automotive, or mechanical service all count); basic electrical familiarity a plus; willingness to learn.
