North Rising Star is hiring Retail Sales Representatives to join our Minneapolis team.

What You'll Do

You'll work face-to-face with customers at retail and event locations throughout the Minneapolis area, representing current client campaigns.

Your day will involve:

• Starting conversations with customers 
• Introducing current campaigns and explaining key information 
• Identifying interest and answering questions 
• Building rapport with different types of people 
• Working toward individual and team goals 
• Representing clients professionally throughout each interaction

You don't need extensive sales experience to be considered.

Previous retail, sales, or customer-facing experience can be helpful, but communication ability, attitude, and willingness to learn are what matter most.
