We serve builders, contractors, dealers, and door and window professionals throughout the DMV area and nationwide. Our products include entry doors, bifold doors, multi-slide doors, interior doors, and custom window systems for residential homes, custom construction, high-rise condominiums, and commercial projects.

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Sales Representative / Showroom Sales Coordinator to join our office and showroom team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, is organized and responsive, and is interested in building a long-term career in the construction and architectural products industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist showroom customers and respond to phone, email, and contractor inquiries
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Prepare estimates, sales orders, invoices, and order updates
• Follow up with leads, quotations, customers, and deliveries
• Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and scheduling with the warehouse team
• Build strong customer relationships and identify new sales opportunities
• Learn BasikWall’s products and maintain accurate customer and order records

Qualifications

• Previous sales, customer service, showroom, or office experience is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, detail-oriented, organized, and responsive
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and general office software
• Ability to learn technical products and understand customer requirements
• Construction, cabinet, flooring, door, window, or related industry experience is a plus
• Fluent in English; Spanish is preferred but not required
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team

Compensation and Benefits

• Introductory Period—First Two Months: $18 per hour
• After Successfully Completing the Introductory Period: $22 per hour, plus 1%–2% commission on eligible sales
