Position Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Service Advisor (5+ years) from an independent shop who leads with integrity and genuinely cares about helping customers.
This is not a high-pressure dealership role—this is about building trust and long-term relationships.
Compensation
- Base Salary: ~$60K
- OTE: $100K–$125K+
- Weekly advance against commission
Shop Performance (Why You’ll Succeed Here)
- 50 cars/week currently (growing to 140+)
- $800–$850+ ARO
- Strong technician team and production
What You’ll Do
- Build trust with customers and guide them through repair decisions
- Create accurate estimates and communicate clearly
- Work closely with technicians to ensure quality and efficiency
- Help drive shop performance and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7+ years experience as a Service Advisor (independent shop preferred)
- High integrity and professionalism
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, driven, and team-oriented
