ABOUT ARCHITECH SPORTS & PHYSICAL THERAPY:

At Architech Sports, we specialize in Athletic Performance Therapy, helping athletes return to sport stronger, more resilient, and better prepared for long-term performance. Our care model goes beyond treating pain and focuses on sports rehabilitation, performance-based care, and athlete development.

A cornerstone of our team member development is Architech U, an 8-week immersive program designed to bridge the gap between PT school and real world athlete care. While traditional physical therapy education prepares clinicians to treat pain, Architech U prepares you to build athletes. The program combines structured learning with hands-on experience - you'll learn how to integrate rehab, strength, mobility and performance while confidently managing post-surgical and high-level athletic cases.


Mentorship at Architech extends beyond the clinic. New clinicians are introduced to local MDs, ATCs, and sports leaders and actively participate in community screens, educational talks, and events. This integrated approach is designed to develop both clinical skill and professional confidence within the sports performance space.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Direct Patient Care

• Deliver personalized physical therapy services, focusing on recovery, injury prevention, and performance enhancement.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions using Architech's 5 Pillars methodology: flexibility, strength, cardiovascular endurance, nutrition, and movement.
• Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities to optimize patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with athletes, coaches, and healthcare providers to deliver holistic, integrated care.
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans to ensure satisfaction and long-term success.

Clinical Expertise

• Maintain a high standard of care aligned with Architech's core values: "Show them you care," "It's not just about you," and "Use your resources."
• Manage individual clinical schedules effectively, ensuring excellent patient retention and clinic flow.
• Stay current with the latest physical therapy techniques by attending continuing education courses and participating in mentorship programs.
• Accurately and efficiently complete clinical documentation in compliance with Architech standards.

Team Collaboration & Growth

• Foster a positive, Growth Mindset within the clinic, remaining open to new processes and methodologies.
• Collaborate with clinic leadership and team members to ensure smooth clinic operations and patient satisfaction.
• Participate in mentorship opportunities, both as a learner and a peer mentor, to contribute to a culture of professional development.

Community Engagement

• Represent Architech Sports in the local community by building connections with schools, sports associations, and healthcare providers.
• Support athletes at high school football games or other sporting events, offering sideline care and fostering relationships within the sports community.
• Serve as a resource for community partners, ensuring quick access to care for athletes in need of acute injury management.
