Experienced marketers will find a full-time opportunity as a Growth Marketing & Demand Generation Lead responsible for building and scaling B2B demand generation programs, optimizing campaigns, and managing webinar and podcast initiatives in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Own the execution and optimization of B2B demand generation programs across various channels Plan, produce, and promote webinars and podcasts to generate qualified leads Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with industry associations to enhance brand awareness and lead generation Required qualifications 4-6 years of experience in B2B demand generation or digital marketing Proven success in executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns Experience with paid advertising platforms like LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce Familiarity with audio/video editing tools like Descript or Adobe Premiere Rush
