The facility includes an in‑house laboratory, ultrasonography, and two dedicated DVMs who lead a highly experienced support team. Your Role – Clinical Driver & Leader As a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT), you will be encouraged to work to the top of your license and serve as a clinical leader, ensuring medical excellence with a patient‑first mindset while following AAHA utilization guidance. Anesthesia & Analgesia: Full IV catheterization, multimodal pain management, induction, and advanced monitoring/recovery. Dentistry: Full‑mouth dental radiography, charting, and periodontal therapy (per DVM direction). Diagnostics: High‑quality radiography/positioning, in‑house lab analysis, and sample collection. Nursing & Triage: Critical patient monitoring, advanced wound care, and managing catheters/feeding tubes. Workflow Leadership: Leading tech appointments, team huddles, and mentoring assistants/externs.
