Don't miss your chance and apply now!Are you the right candidate for this opportunity Make sure to read the full description below.What you will be doing as the AP Supervisor:Supervise 3-4 individuals and interact extensively with other Accounts Payable Representatives located in various field operations as well as outside vendorsAssist in a fast paced, high-volume, team-oriented environment1099 build, review, correction, filingLeases setup, review and update to ASC842 LeaseQueryResponsible for processing rent paymentsNew vendor setupACH setup and verification – employees and vendorsSplitting Tronitech imaged batches and invoice processingCheck run, ACH files including sending and releasing with the bankVoids, Garnishments and ACH returnsPositive pay and uncashed check researchWhat you will need as the AP Supervisor:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience5+ years of AP experience.A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel will be valuable.JDEdwards, Tronitech or Lease Query exposure is desirable. xhyhwjd Reliable, self-starter who takes ownership of a process or function with a view to making on-going improvements.
