• Employed position through a medical services group contracting with SNFs
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Practice required
• Supervise mid-level providers including PAs and NPs
• Focus on SNF patients; no residents involved in care team
• Responsibilities include evaluating conditions, developing treatment plans, and monitoring outcomes
• California license required or in process; DEA required
