About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to join its team. The successful candidate will serve as the new operating partner, with a primary focus on establishing and leading the company's vision, direction, and leadership. This pivotal role involves taking overall accountability for business strategy and planning, as well as ensuring operational execution to achieve both short- and long-term results. The CEO will be instrumental in the company's rapid scaling and expansion, particularly through strategic acquisitions, and must be prepared to actively contribute to the execution of the value-creation plan. Ideal candidates for the CEO position at the company should have a background that includes 2-3 years' of strategy consulting experience at a top-tier firm and an MBA from a leading program. Military experience is also strongly preferred. The role requires a hands-on approach, with the CEO expected to be deeply involved in driving and executing the company's growth and value-creation initiatives. The ability to lead a team, make strategic decisions, and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment is essential for this leadership position.
