Financial Analyst

Financial Analyst Position

GreenXT is seeking financial analysts at intermediate levels (3-5+ years of experience) to support their Navy customers. Responsibilities include:

• Support customer/government technical points of contact in achieving program objectives through strategic financial planning and execution
• Work closely and maintain open communication with government customers
• Develop/maintain a robust and detailed financial tool(s)
• Develop project schedules and budgets based on allocated, planned, and costed values
• Oversee and identify plan deviations; recommend and execute corrective actions for project compliance
• Carefully monitor and manage funding for government personnel
• Gather, track, and create deliverable reports of financial information for both cost reimbursement and direct cite funding
• Work directly with government customers and advocates weekly to review actual data and forecasts
• Respond to ad-hoc financial data calls

Requirements include:

• Active DoD Secret level security clearance (or the ability to obtain this clearance upon position acceptance) is required for this position
• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field
• 3-5 years' experience in financial/cost analyses
• Navy working capital funds experience
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Experience developing support products tailored for cross-functional team collaboration and financial execution
• Managed or supported large-scale, financial programs and projects with multi-disciplinary scope and large datasets

Desired, but not required:

• Master's degree in business or technical field
• Navy ERP experience

Ability to work remotely: positions are not available for full-time remote work. Work can be either full-time onsite at the Philadelphia Navy Yard or a combination of remote and onsite (hybrid). Persons accepting hybrid positions typically support onsite work 4 to 5 days/week. In addition, persons accepting hybrid positions must agree to being onsite on-demand to support any ad-hoc customer needs. Work schedules: GreenXT supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five-day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our paid time off benefits.
