What You'll Do

As a Café Manager , you'll lead a team that delivers exceptional guest experiences while driving results. You'll be responsible for:

Coaching, training, and developing team members
Creating a welcoming, safe, and clean environment
Managing daily operations and ensuring food safety compliance
Driving sales and controlling labor and food costs
Recruiting and scheduling team members
Supporting the General Manager and preparing for future leadership roles

What We're Looking For

1+ year of restaurant management experience (fast-casual preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
A positive, team-oriented attitude
Reliable work history
Ability to multitask and make quick decisions
