Job Summary:
The Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) provides supportive therapeutic care under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. This role focuses on assisting patients with rehabilitation exercises and therapies to improve mobility and functional ability.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the physical therapist in implementing patient treatment plans.
• Educate patients on exercises and activities to promote recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising therapist.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and responses.
• Ensure the cleanliness and safety of therapy areas and equipment.
• Adhere to established protocols and safety guidelines at all times.

Qualifications:

• Valid PTA license or certification.
• Proven experience in outpatient or inpatient therapy settings.
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a healthcare team.
• Demonstrate compassion and patient-centered approach.
