About the Role

As an LNHA at Parc Provence, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing home, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with our medical staff, residents, and families to ensure that our community meets the highest standards of care and quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the nursing home, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the highest quality of care for residents
• Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement care plans for residents
• Ensure that all residents receive individualized care and attention
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and staff
• Manage and resolve conflicts and concerns in a professional and respectful manner
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in the state of Missouri
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in nursing home administration
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
