EDP Change Enablement Analyst

Job Summary (List Format):
- Execute change enablement and communication activities for the Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) program under the guidance of the Change Enablement Lead
- Implement approved change and communication strategies by translating them into actionable plans
- Engage and coordinate with key stakeholders throughout the change process
- Participate in data product design sessions to understand and document change impacts
- Produce enablement deliverables to support organizational readiness
- Measure success through organizational readiness, adoption rates, and trust sentiment metrics for released EDP Data Products
