Work Schedule :

Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. Your hiring manager will discuss this role's specific work requirements with you during the hiring process. Attend Orientation, Executive Speaking Series, and learning sessions as an Intern cohort

Lead an end of assignment presentation

The Details Internship Program Timing: May 25th – July 30th, 2027

40 hours each week with a mix of in-office and remote working days

Project-based work

Market competitive hourly compensation and a sign-on bonus, as well as financial housing assistance for those who qualify

Successful interns will have the opportunity to return to Ally in an Early Talent Program or full-time role, or to a second internship, depending upon graduation timing.

- Partners with Auto leadership to drive value through innovative process improvement and automation strategies that creates revenue growth, reduces expenses, reduces risk and improves customer / employee experience. The Qualifications We’re Looking For

Required qualifications. Rising Junior or Senior (during the time of internship) in a full-time undergraduate program. Major/Course of Study: Business, Finance, or related field preferred. Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrates Analytical Thinking, Collaboration, Learning Agility. Available for the full duration of the internship program. Eligible to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship from the company now or in the future.
