Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments with couples and families, and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate therapy sessions that may include working with individual family members, focusing on dynamics and interpersonal relationships.

• Address a variety of issues including alcohol abuse, family conflicts, grief and loss, and adjustment issues related to separation and divorce.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities and approaches, adapting to the needs and background of each client.

• Continuously monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring clients feel supported throughout their journey.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers as necessary to enhance a holistic approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will encompass a diverse clientele, including adults and adolescents. You will specialize in addressing complex family dynamics, blended family situations, and individual experiences related to mental health challenges. Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping families navigate obstacles and foster stronger relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Preferred Experience\n

While newly licensed professionals are welcome to apply, candidates with significant experience addressing issues such as family conflicts, blended family dynamics, and communication difficulties are particularly sought after. A flexible availability of 30 hours or more per week is preferred to effectively meet our clients’ needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
