Registered Nurse In The Icu
Join our team as a Registered Nurse in the ICU, where you'll provide critical care to patients in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assess patients and identify both obvious and subtle problems
- Develop and revise individualized care plans involving patients and families
- Administer medications and treatments per hospital policy
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Participate in multidisciplinary patient care conferences
- Evaluate patient responses to care and document appropriately
- Demonstrate leadership in daily unit activities
What We Need To See
- Active California RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- NIHSS certification
- MAB training
- At least 3 years of ICU experience
