Medical Assistant

Professional Type: Allied Health Professional Specialty: Medical Assistant Contract Type: Long-Term, 13 weeks, Shift: Day, Mon-Fri 8:00AM - 4:30PM, 40 hour/week Rate: $25.00/hr

Local candidates only - must live within 45 minutes of clinic. NOT temp to hire. This is an administrative medical assisting role. There is no direct patient care. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm.

Requirements

1-2 years of medical assisting experience required.
Epic experience preferred.
Diploma from an accredited Medical Assistant program OR an active CT CNA, EMT, Paramedic Certification
Diploma from an accredited Medical Assistant program In lieu of education requirement, at least 2 years experience in direct patient care (acute or ambulatory space) may be considered.
