Medical Assistant (MA)

Medical Assistant

Professional Type: Allied Health Professional Specialty: Medical Assistant Contract Type: Long-Term, 13 weeks, Shift: Day, Mon-Fri 8:00AM - 4:30PM, 40 hour/week Rate: $25.00/hr

Local candidates only - must live within 45 minutes of clinic. NOT temp to hire. This is an administrative medical assisting role. There is no direct patient care. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of medical assisting experience required.
  • Epic experience preferred.
  • Diploma from an accredited Medical Assistant program OR an active CT CNA, EMT, Paramedic Certification
  • Diploma from an accredited Medical Assistant program In lieu of education requirement, at least 2 years experience in direct patient care (acute or ambulatory space) may be considered.
