Job description Growing company is seeking an experienced Recruiter/TA Pro to join them on a contract basis 3-6mos+ Potential for role to become perm. Great opportunity for those with agency experience looking to transition to Corporate TA/HR and any experienced Recruiters that are looking for a positive, friendly, upbeat and fun work environment. You'll be part of a small HR/TA team providing general HR support for the Seacoast facility and full-cycle recruitment. The ideal candidate will have 3+yrs experience recruiting for Engineers, Quality, Production and Technical roles from job description reviews and posting advertisements to sourcing and screening candidates, offer negotiations and onboarding. A positive attitude, strong communication and people skills are a must. Experience with ATS and HRIS systems such as UKG, Workday, iCIMS, etc., is a plus.
