What You'll Do

As the Front of House Manager, you'll take ownership of the guest-facing side of the restaurant while

working closely with the management team to deliver excellent operational results.

Your responsibilities will include:

Lead, coach, train, and motivate Front of House team members

Create a welcoming, friendly, and efficient experience for every guest

Maintain high standards for customer service, hospitality, cleanliness, and restaurant appearance

Lead by example and remain actively involved in daily restaurant operations

Manage the flow of the Front of House during busy periods to maintain speed and quality of service

Ensure team members are properly positioned and prepared for each shift

Address guest questions and concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly

Hold team members accountable to restaurant standards and expectations

Assist with training and development of new and existing employees

Promote teamwork and strong communication between Front of House and Back of House teams

Help maintain proper staffing and support scheduling needs

Monitor labor and other controllable costs as assigned

Assist with opening and closing procedures

Ensure food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are consistently followed

Identify opportunities to improve the guest experience and grow the business

Support community engagement, promotions, fundraisers, and other local restaurant initiatives

Work alongside the General Manager and management team to achieve restaurant goals

What We're Looking For

Our ideal Front of House Manager is a leader who doesn't simply manage from the sidelines. We're looking

for someone who is ready to jump in, support the team, solve problems, and set the standard.

Qualifications:

Restaurant leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Fast-casual or high-volume restaurant experience strongly preferred

Strong commitment to customer service and hospitality

Hands-on leadership style with the ability to coach, teach, and motivate a team

Positive, friendly, and upbeat demeanor

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent teamwork and problem-solving abilities

High sense of urgency and integrity

Strong attention to cleanliness and restaurant standards

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Ability to remain organized and composed during high-volume periods

Desire for personal and professional growth

ServSafe certification preferred or ability to obtain certification
