About the Role:
Join Caridad Restaurant as a Bilingual Waitress in the heart of New York, NY! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can provide exceptional service while communicating effectively with our diverse clientele.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish to assist guests.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining quality standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a waitress or in a similar customer service role.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Positive attitude and a passion for providing great service.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus.
