Part Time Human Resources Assistant (Junior-Level) BravoTECH, recognized as one of Inc. 5000's Fastest Growing Companies, is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support our contract associates in the Dallas area. This position will be needed Monday and Tuesdays from 8am – 5pm. Role Overview: The HR Assistant will provide general human resources and administrative support, focusing on contract employees' day-to-day needs while maintaining positive relationships between them and BravoTECH. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and process weekly payroll, including hours collection and auditing. Serve as a liaison between contract employees and BravoTECH. Address contractor inquiries and provide timely assistance. Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes. Ensure administrative consistency and compliance with client requirements. Maintain and update reports in the applicant tracking system. Assist with sales event marketing and occasional social media posts. Provide general administrative support as needed. Required Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in onboarding, offboarding, timesheet collection, or payroll. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work with urgency, completing tasks accurately and efficiently. Strong written communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
