Contract | Days | 06:30–15:00 | On-Call Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within the operating room setting throughout the surgical continuum
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the broader surgical team to ensure safe and efficient procedures
• Fulfill on-call obligations including 1 night per week and every 6th weekend on call
• Maintain accurate intraoperative documentation and adhere to facility protocols and standards of care

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa or compact state eligibility
• Operating Room clinical experience
• Ability to meet on-call requirements: 1 night per week and every 6th weekend
• Current BLS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior scrub or circulating experience in a surgical setting
• Familiarity with a broad range of surgical specialties
• CNOR certification preferred
