Automotive Sales Associate / Product Specialist

Job SummaryThe Automotive Sales Associate / Product Specialist is responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process by answering questions about our products and services. This role focuses on creating a welcoming, supportive, and informative experience that leads to confident purchase decisions.

ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist every customer who enters the dealership
Help customers make informed purchase decisions by asking questions and actively listening to their needs
Build strong relationships with customers and team members to enhance the sales process
Explain product performance, applications, and benefits to prospective buyers
Collaborate with the Sales Manager to review goals, activities, and performance metrics
High energy and enthusiasm throughout the sales day
Friendly, competitive personality with confidence handling objections and negotiating pricing
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic computer proficiency and math skills
Interest in mentoring and training new sales associates
Team-oriented mindset
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
