In this vital role, you will oversee plumbing projects, lead a team of skilled plumbers, and ensure the highest standards of quality and safety on every job site. Your expertise will help us deliver reliable solutions to our valued customers while maintaining our reputation for excellence.DutiesLead and supervise plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance projects across commercial and residential sitesRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise plumbing workCoordinate with construction teams to ensure plumbing systems are integrated seamlessly into building projectsPerform pipe threading, welding, and assembly tasks using hand tools and power tools with precision and safetyConduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specificationsManage heavy lifting tasks and perform remodeling or maintenance work as needed on various plumbing systemsTroubleshoot mechanical issues related to HVAC systems, piping, and related mechanical componentsRequirementsProven experience in construction plumbing, including pipe threading, welding, and schematic readingStrong knowledge of construction site procedures, safety protocols, and building codesAbility to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accuratelySkilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding apparatusExperience in field service work, remodeling projects, or handyman roles is a plusPhysical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or confined spaces as requiredValid driver's license with commercial driving experience preferredBasic math skills for measurements and calculations; carpentry skills are advantageousJoin us as a Lead Plumber to make a tangible difference in our community by delivering top-quality plumbing solutions!
