Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Progressive Care Unit (PCU)


Location: Shelby, NC


Pay: $2,183.04 per week


Shifts: Various rotation including weekends and holidays


Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in Shelby, NC. This travel assignment offers an excellent opportunity for nurses with 18 months of PCU experience to provide exceptional care in a certified Chest Pain and Stroke Center.

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse (RN) - Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
  • Provide patient care for illnesses such as CHF, dysrhythmia, stroke, diabetes, and respiratory conditions
  • Manage tracheostomies, cardiac drips, and interpret cardiac rhythms
  • Administer chest tubes, blood products, and perform wound care/dressing changes
  • Operate equipment like EMR, IV pumps, and medical monitors
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Requirements of the Registered Nurse (RN) - Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
  • Active RN license
  • BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
  • 18 months of PCU RN experience
