We're a family-owned company that believes in developing our people, promoting from within when possible, and creating an environment where people enjoy coming to work.Why Join Lovering?Monday–Friday flexible schedule – no weekends$21–$25/hour based on experienceEmployee vehicle purchase discountsSupportive, team-oriented work environmentFamily-owned and operated companyEmployee appreciation events throughout the yearWhat You'll DoYou'll play an important role in keeping our dealership's accounting and vehicle paperwork accurate, organized, and moving on time.Responsibilities include:Process vehicle title and registration paperwork accurately and on timeProcess paperwork from our Finance & Insurance departmentTrack funding on financed vehicle purchasesPrepare vehicle and trade-in payoff checksProcess daily receipts and ACH depositsProcess floor plan payoffsMaintain and update management reportsProcess wholesale transactions, dealer trades, and intercompany transactionsMaintain certificates of origin and titles for new and used vehicle inventoryReconcile accounting schedulesAssist with month-end accountingLearn and stay current with title and registration requirementsAssist the accounting team wherever neededWho We're Looking ForWe care as much about the person as we do about previous experience.Our ideal candidate is:Organized and detail-orientedDependable and accountableComfortable working with numbers and paperworkAble to manage multiple priorities without losing track of the detailsComfortable with Microsoft Excel and Google SheetsA good communicatorA self-starter who can work independentlyPositive and team-orientedInterested in learning and growing professionallyAutomotive title or dealership accounting experience is a plus, but don't let a lack of automotive experience stop you from applying.
