Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Opportunities in Burlington, Camden and Gloucester Counties.

Home To Stay is hiring compassionate Direct Support Professionals to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities.

As a DSP, you’ll help individuals build independence, stay safe, and live full, meaningful lives through daily support, companionship, and community involvement.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living and personal care

• Support community outings and activities

• Follow individualized support plans

• Provide respectful, person-centered care

Requirements

• 18+ years old

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license, reliable car, and good driving record

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Willing to complete background check and drug screening

• CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain)

• Prior caregiving or DSP experience preferred
