European Wax Center - Massapequa Park is looking to add a Guest Service Associate (GSA) to our busy center! GSA's have the ability to move up, if the performance is present and the opportunity becomes available.
Someone who is looking for PART-TIME hours! Someone willing to pick up extra shifts when needed.
Customer service experience preferred Sales and customer service oriented
Sales experience is preferred but not required. However it is a sales position, and you will be expected to meet benchmarks.
Required to work Saturday OR Sunday
Required to work AM and PM shifts
A positive, friendly, upbeat and personable demeanor.
A professional appearance at all times.
Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.
Ability to multitask and have attention to detail (absolute must!!) Job Responsibilities:
Opening and closing the location.
Keyholder
Managing the flow of guests in and out of the location.
Providing customer service
Making confirm calls, checking the reservation book for errors, keeping yourself busy and productive during your shift
Ability to self initiate
Ability to work both individually and as a team
Managing the reservation book.
Answering the center phones
Upholding policies and procedures
Cleaning
SALES-Educating guests on EWC's programs, offers, and promotions. Benefits:
