Job Title: HVAC Technical Training Manager
Location: Irving, TX
Pay: $100,000 to $125,000 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday (40 to 50 hours per week)

The Role: We are hiring a full-time Technical Training Manager to take complete ownership of our internal technician training academy. You will deliver engaging classroom, lab, and hands-on technical instruction to develop entry-level employees into confident, field-ready technicians. In addition to new hires, you will facilitate ongoing targeted training for our experienced Service Technicians and Installers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead an 8-week entry-level training academy from start to finish.
• Facilitate ongoing technical training in diagnostics, troubleshooting, and installation practices.
• Evaluate trainee competency through hands-on demonstrations and practical application assessments.
• Partner with field leadership to track post-training performance and improve curriculum effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of residential HVAC experience (service, maintenance, or installation).
• Active EPA Certification.
• Valid Driver's License (held for at least 5 years) and a clean MVR.
• Ability to pass a strict background check for TDLR Home Service requirements and a drug screening.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to command a room and adapt teaching styles.
